Why do we do this?  The very basis for S.O.U.L. ministries is to serve and love as Jesus served and loved!  Not looking for a "thank you" or a "well done" with a pat on the back. Not expecting a favor in return, but just saying we love you by our actions.  A "just 'cuz!" mentalility helps build the foundation of S.O.U.L. (Serving Others Unconditional Love) Ministries. 

Galations 5: 13-14 states,

"For you have been called to live in freedom, my brothers and sisters.  But don't use your freedom to satisify your sinful nature.  Instead use your freedom to serve one another in love.  For the whole law can be summed up in this one command: Love your neighbor as yourself."

We are called to be more like Christ in all that we think, say, and do!  This is simply a way for us to be more obedient in our Christian walks and help serve/ love those around us in our everday lives.
